Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world. Nashipay Maasai school has well qualified and experienced teachers and a classroom for each grade. Through education teachers are helping students to fight poverty.
Many children grow up in families living on less than $1.50 a day.
Food, clothing and education are luxuries that are intermittently available.
The girls and boys study in English with a strong Maasai cultural framework.
The vision of the Elders is a school to give all Maasailand children a solid educational foundation, kindergarten to Grade 7,
Once students have completed grade 7, they are well prepared for the challenges of high school and post secondary study.
