Put some spring in your step - Proper posture Workshop
With the upward and outward energy that Spring brings…
Now is the time to focus on spinal flexibility and proper posture
To help improve your golf game, gardening, or just strutting around town…
This simple technique will truly help prevent dis-ease in the body
I love the word dis-ease; meaning the body simply is not at ease
So how do we get to be in a state of ease?
Easy.. you do things that feel good. When you feel good, you look good. When you look good, you feel good.
I am so passionate about feeling good in the body and walking gracefully and with ease.
For the longest time I was not comfortable walking in my body; I did not feel connected, my knees were locked cause I wanted to be taller. Ha, all those years I was walking around in pain
I mean, I came from the generation of “get a grip” …“pull it together” ... ”suck it in”
When really, all I needed to know was ‘what proper posture really meant’. It’s not just about standing tall, chest out, chin up. It’s much more simpler - and beneficial - than that
To learn proper posture techniques, please join us in this workshop
Did you know that …
Reflexology can help bring flexibility to your spine
One way is ‘being present in your body’ feeling into your body (getting grounded and connecting to your breath) and practicing proper posture as a daily ritual, until it just becomes as natural as breathing
So gardening is gentle on your body again, your golf games are improved and you got that ‘spring’ in your step, no matter where you are in your day
Please join me for a workshop (or book appointment) and learn today:
