Our Face Tells A Story

Remember when your mum would say “dont make that face, it will stay like that”. She was right. However the beauty of it all is we can be an artist, a sculptor to our skin and redine our story, write a better one and our skin will show graceful radiance.

I love working with the face and facial muscles because we hold so much tension in our jaw, maybe sadness or confusion in our eyes, a stiff and ridgid neck and possibly stagnant energy in our lymphatic and immune system. Wharever our journey has been and the path we took in life - our face shows it, with lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, dull/ lack luster or sagging skin.

Or maybe you have flawless skin but your confidence and view of yourself needs a pick-me-up.

The flip side of the coin is we can create a new story and heal our skin by giving it a simple treatment of rejuvenation. By relaxing and receiving we can start a new day and tell an even better story. Let’s face it - we are the creator of our life.

Daily rituals are a fun and easy way to bring more joy into our life. By setting an intention we set the direction of our goals and we make it happen. It is about an act of self-love - what does that mean to you?

I will be happy to share massage techniques to increase collagen and radiance and to keep your skin looking graceful and youthful.
