sip on your breathe, hold it, mentally tell yourself :: Rejuvenate

breathe out, on the exhale, gently tell yourself :: Restore

*breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds - through your nose.


The same amount of inhalation requires the same amount of exhalation. The same amount you give, the same amount you receive.
